What is the process for creating and uploading tokens? Am I able to do this myself or do I need to submit a request?

As an author you can add eTokens for users manually or automatically from online sales in our online shop. They can be added automatically from successful sales in your own shopping cart by modifying its success age to send the data to a custom page that we create for you upon request. Support for that is free.

To allow offline tokens you enable the option per video in the video's settings.

As an end user, to retrieve an offline token for a video, if one is allowed for a articular video, it will be shown on the My Video page. To use one, simply download it and save the file to the same folder as the video in question.
