When installing the ArtisBrowser to run on Windows Server 2016 an issue arises.
1. There is a missing x86 C++ Redistributable that is required. Can be found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
2. The CopySafe Service does not get installed which results in the following error dialog during the install.("File execution failed") The browser starts fine, but diagnostics shows that CopySafe Service is not installed.

Firstly, it is not recommended to run any application that uses the CopySafe Service on a web server because the capture prevention controls the clipboard which other services use such as SQL Server and RDC.
Applications running the CopySafe Service are designed for workstations, ie: they are non-server applications. But if you want to ignore this warning, try downloading and installing the C++ Redistributable and then try installing ArtisBrowser again.
But first remove all components and perform the following tasks first:
1. Disable UAC.
2. Install by running the installer by right-clicking to select "Run as Administrator".
Then always start the ArtisBrowser by using "Run as Administrator".
