SafeGuard WebMail is ideal for team messaging or private tuition where privacy and security for intellectual property is paramount. All messages and attached media is accessed via an online mail client. Nothing leaves the server except the notification of new messages (if required) to the recipient's usual email address.

Each author can create an unlimited number of groups, users and messages which are published as web pages and can include HTML and embedded images PDF, video and zip files can be attached for additional reading in a secure, copy protected scenario which is read-only (no copy).

SafeGuard WebMail provides the most sophisticated and most secure DRM imaginable, where access is limited not only by password protection, but also by unique computer identification, enabling accounts to be locked to several computers.

How it works

Tutors and team leaders can create messages assigned to Teams/Groups that can be accessed by each user in those Teams/Groups, or you can send messages to specific recipents. Recipients can reply and follow discussions with anyone that was included as a TO or CC recipient. It all starts with the Team leader who can keep it one-one one by using BCC or they can include others as required by using CC... each user's contact list begins with only one contact for their welcome message, and additional contacts are added automatically when found as either a TO or CC recipient for a message.

History

In September 2011 CopySafe Mail was launched to provide a secure mail service for messages that could not copied or forwarded. Copysafe Mail was a Webmail solution that was copy protected by the ArtistScope Site Protection System (ASPS) and ArtisReader which was supported across all Windows platforms.

On October 2022 SafeGuard Mail was lainched to provide a secure mail service with options for DRM and copy protection. SafeGuard Mail uses the ArtistScope Site Protection System (ASPS) as the backend and ArtisBrowser on the user's desktop which is supported on all operating systems (OS) including Windows, Mac, iOS and Android phones.
