Can the ASPS software be installed by our IT people?

No. The ArtistScope support team will require access to your server to determine which OS is being used so that we can install the correct module. Also, depending on your web-host's control panel system, server configuration can vary dramatically.

It is best to let ArtistScope install ASPS because then you are guaranteed that it will work properly and without delay.
