Error 42 when installing
Some users are getting "Error 42 when installing" when installing ArtisBrowser. What do you recommend?

This is an old error and it shouldn't happen on Windows 7 or later. So it sounds like your user/s have Windows XP or Vista, which means they are using an older version of ArtisBrowser.
If they are using Windows XP or Vista, then security settings are preventing ArtisBrowser from installing the system level service that we used to use. That may be caused by Windows settings or an unfriendly anti-virus software.
In the case of unfriendly anti-virus software, try whitelisting the installer or disabling it while you install.
In the case of system security settings, try running the installer by using "Run as Administrator", and note that using a computer with an admin account is not the same thing... sometimes even network admins need to be told several times before that sinks in.
To use "Run as Administrator" - right-click the installer exe file and from the dropdown menu, select "Run as Administrator"
