Why are some users are getting an error message about "Web browser not supported"?

Web browser not supported

If you are redirected away from a copy protected page with an error message about your "web browser not being supported" then either the site administrator has disallowed your operating system (OS) or has required that you use a more recent version of ArtisBrowser, or ArtisBrowser is not available for your OS.

Browser disallowed

Site owners have the option of nominating which operating systems (OS) are allowed to view their protected pages. For example in a corporate network all workstations might be using Windows so their network administrator may have disallowed all other OS.

Browser requirement

Since 2015 when Google pressured the other browser makers to drop support for NPAPI plugins because their own browser had a problem supporting WW3 standards, web browsers have not been able to action at system level to be able to prevent the many methods used for screen capture and recording. Consequently all popular web browsers are now totally useless for copy protection.
