You have users who are only using Linux and you distribute encrypted PDF and video? They install ArtisBrowser, CopySafe PDF Reader and Copysafe Video Player on Wine Redhat 64-bit, but it fails to open the encrypted files?

The error message is probably about "missing support files".

Is there a solution?

While Wine can run simple Windows executables, it is not a substitute for a VM running Windows.

ArtistSBrowser and Copysafe software are not simple apps that can be run from their EXE file alone. They all require a proper Windows OS to be able to install Windows support drivers without which there can be no system control to prevent copy and capture.

The only solution is to install a proper VM software like Parallels or VMware and then install a Windows OS in the VM partition. Then you can run ArtisBrowser and Copysafe just like on a normal Windows computer.
