Copysafe PDF Protection : After loading PDF with mixed language, English disappears

When the user's computer just open a Copysafe PDF, the user can display all the text of the file. But after a period, the English font will suddenly disappear, the user must re-boot computer to show all the English font again.

The PDF contains a mix of Chinese and English, and the user has Windows 10. Please advise.

Thanks for reporting this anomaly and following up with your own solution:

The user just feedbacks a solution seems to be able to solve the issue. She added Graphic Tools from Windows 10 > Settings > System > Apps & features > Manage Optional Features >Add a feature > Graphic Tools.

She said that after the installation of Graphic Tools, there is no longer the issue of text disappearing.

So there must be an issue with English font support with non-English installations of Windows 10. Why the Graphic Tools is not installed by default is something that only Microsoft can explain.
