ASPS Web Site Protection : ArtistScope browser crashes after login

We use ASPS for our website, and recently our users started to experience crashes after successfully completing login process. We tested it on 5 different computers. 3 computers having Windows 10 crashed. 2 others had Windows 8.0 and 8.1 and they worked perfectly. Do you know what that might be?

When the ArtistScope browser starts, go to Help > About > Diagnostics and see if the service started ok.

If the Copysafe Service is running ok, look at the web page delivered following your login and check it for code errors.
