I found that Secure Image does not prevent PrintScreen or screen capture. Or did I miss something?

Yes, you missed a lot. Secure Image is not intended to prevent PrintScreen. Instead it provides protection of the images from save and download, even from image grabbing software.

But more importantly, all images are safe while stored on the server, even from company staff and your web master, because each image is "domain locked" so that it can only be displayed on your website.
