My question is- can the reader be used in a corporate environment without violating any license agreement?

In fact you are most welcome to distribute the Copysafe PDF Reader installer on CD/USB with your protected documents.

The only proviso is that the Copysafe PDF Reader installer file remain as provided by ArtistScope.
