Printer problem

When I send the document to the printer, I cannot select the connected printer - its is always off.
How to fix please?

1. What do you mean by "always off"?
2. Is this printer connected to the computer directly or by network?
3. Has Remote viewing been enabled on the document?

Its connected directly to the computer along a router connection

This sounds like a network connection. To allow network printers you need to allow
Remote viewing in the document settings.
If using DRM from the Copysafe DRM portal, edit the document and allow "Remote".
If creating from the desktop software, look for the option to "allow Remote"... you may have to recreate the document from scratch.
