Troubleshooting Copy Protection : Cannot install due to open browser

The error message when installing says "Please close all web browser windows so that the browser add-on may be recognized when you start your browser afresh".

Bu I have executed and at the end of the process is when it gives the error, leaving Windows shutting down everything restarting... same error both when running the reader and when opening the files once executed.

This usually happens when using Chrome web browser because it is less than perfect and often creates several instances of itself as a "process" even after it has been shut down.

So try Ctrl-Alt-Del to open the Task Manager > Processes and close all Chrome instances.
